We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Santa Cruz Scott’s Valley for our guests. There is also the Brookdale Lodge, Quality Inn & Suites, and many AirBnBs in the area.

We are so excited to celebrate with everyone! Unfortunately, due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests beyond those invited by name. However, if you have a guest you would like to bring, please contact Sam or Rebecca directly. If space becomes available we would love to welcome them to the festivities.

There is no parking at Waterfall Lodge unless you are lodging. Guests driving to venue - must use Parking Lot located at: Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, 9980 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, CA and plan to arrive 15 minutes before set time.

Yes, there will be shuttle service for anyone driving to the venue. If there is any need that comes up unexpectedly that requires you needing a ride during our events, we have a coordination team that can help you get to where you need to be. See shuttle details below:

Park at Church Lot at 4:15pm - shuttles will begin loading and driving back and forth to Waterfall Lodge (less than 10 min). Shuttles will be departing 9pm - 10pm.
